OPI Products Inc. of North Hollywood, CA, announced the successful conclusion of a lawsuit filed in federal district court for trademark infringement against Beauty Treats International, Co. The lawsuit alleged that Beauty Treats manufactured and sold nail polish products in packaging that was similar to OPI’s distinctive trade dress and to OPI’s unique, iconic bottle design mark.
